Rates are based on double occupancy (except suites) and include a full country breakfast each morning.
An additional adult in the room is $25.00 per night.
An additional child – under 16 – in the room is $15.00 per night.
All guests exceeding the room maximum occupancy must be approved by the innkeepers. Unauthorized guests are subject to a $50.00 fee.
The New Hampshire meals and rooms tax of 8.5% will be added to the room rate.

Enjoy flexibility during your stay at Jefferson Inn in the White Mountains. Early check-in is available at $25 per hour, subject to room readiness and availability. For late check-out, extend your stay starting at $25 per hour, with a maximum extension of 2 hours past standard check-out time. Combine both options for a tailored experience. Please notify us in advance, and note limited availability during weekends and peak seasons. Charges apply, and services are subject to room availability and discretion of the inn. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible. However, as a boutique inn with limited availability, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Charges:
If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the reservation date:
For reservations shorter than 4 nights: 50% of the first night’s rate will be charged.
For reservations longer than 4 nights: The first night’s rate will be charged.
If a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the reservation date:
For reservations shorter than 4 nights: 100% of the first night’s rate will be charged.
For reservations longer than 4 nights: Two nights’ rate will be charged.
Please note that these charges will be applied to the credit card used to secure the reservation.
If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date and has not cancelled their reservation in advance, they will be considered a “no-show.” In such cases, the guest will be charged for the full stay reserved.
